TAG Solutions migrated their infrastructure to role-based servers and subnetworks, and upgraded their core network infrastructure to provide improved, secure access to the firm’s service management applications. As an added level of protection, TAG Solutions backs up Janitronic’s mission-critical business operations data to a secure, off-site disaster recovery site. And ongoing network monitoring, support and maintenance is provided through a weekly Tech Lease program customized to their specific operational requirements.
